Nutella makes everything better and if you haven’t got a hold of the Italian chocolate spread, you’re missing one of the most amazing things that came out of Italy in the last century. I kid you not!
The spread is peanut butter’s rich cousin and makes everything you put on it taste a million times better.
Insert pancakes here. The breakfast staple will never be the same after you try this Nutella and Banana Stuffed Pancake. This must be exactly the kind of food they serve in heaven.
Here’s what you’ll need to make it:
- 4 Tbsp Nutella
- 1 sliced banana
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 pinch of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- Oil, for cooking
How To Make It:
- Spread a tablespoon of Nutella on wax paper on a baking sheet and top with a banana slice. Freeze until hard.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, egg, milk, sugar and salt. Stir until combined, then add melted butter.
- Coat a pan with oil over medium heat. Pour in a small ladle of batter. Top with the hardened Nutella and banana mix, then cover with more batter. Cook until the first side is done, then flip and cook the other side until done.
