Fall is the perfect time for desserts. If you want to capture all the flavors of the season but don’t want all the calories that come attached to it (and subsequently, to your hips!), try this amazing Skinny Pumpkin Pie Dip.
It’s creamy, scrumptious and super easy to make. To keep it on the lighter side, serve it with apples and pear slices, but if you’re feeling naughty, pair it with graham crackers, nilla wafers or gingersnap cookies.
This recipe won’t give you an ounce of guilt unless you decide to eat the whole dip bowl all by yourself. Don’t worry, we won’t judge!
Here’s What You Need:
- 1 (8-oz) package light cream cheese
- ¾ cup canned pureed pumpkin
- 2 Tbsp. Fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
- ¾ tsp. cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. nutmeg
- ⅛ tsp. cloves
- 1½ Tbsp. Stevia sweetener
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- apples, pears or cookies for dipping
How to Make It
Mix all the ingredients in the food processor until smooth. Place it in a serving bowl. Keep refrigerated until ready to eat.
