There are many ways of dealing with this emotional strain and the first thing to be done is to put yourself first and then find some time on your schedule to engage in activities that will take your mind away from the problem. Sometimes when you concentrate on one activity, you open your mind to new ideas, almost involuntarily, that might help you somehow.

One of the best ways to beat stress is by playing a game, especially the game of chess, as it allows you to relax and clear your mind while giving it a workout at the same time!

Michael from the Etsy shop LivingChesscreated an Air Plant Living Chess Set that’s not one of the serious and traditional chess boards with a queen, king, knights and bishops. His creation fuses tradition with modern design.
