Christmastime is like the Super Bowl for company commercials. Creativity is always key, so is the emotional content. They are always heartwarming, sometimes a bit sad, but always show an outcome where love is the key to everything.
This commercial made by the department store John Lewis in the UK is no different. The star of the 2-minute commercial is a cute boxer named Buster. In the video, the father of a little girl called Bridget spends Christmas eve putting together a trampoline for Bridget as her Christmas gift, while sweet Buster watches intently from the window.
As the night goes on, Buster gets to watch other animals come in and enjoy Bridget’s gift firsthand, first the foxes and then a badger, a squirrel and even a hedgehog, wishing that he could join in the fun.
When Christmas morning comes and the little girl finds out her present, there’s someone even more eager than her to jump on the trampoline! The pooch’s eagerness to jump in the fun is nothing short of adorable!
